AccommodationsEvery employee on the island has made it their personal mission to ensure that you enjoy your stay, taking great pride in providing service with a positive attitude. They will make you feel welcome and at home. The service is not hotel style. Your beds will not be turned down at night, but clean sheets and towels daily. There is no maid service, but your accommodations will be cleaned on a regular basis. You will find that all houses are exceptionally clean. We like to describe it as family style Barefoot Elegance. The entire Cay has been completely renovated in 2002. The interior decorating style is casual, and elegant, and fun. All areas around the buildings and marina have been beautifully landscaped, there are walkways, ample private areas to sit outside and enjoy the starry nights. This is your own personal paradise. Laundry- For your convenience there are washing machines and dryers at the marina, for the use of all island and marina guests. Water- All water is made on the island. Sampson Cay has three large water makers that create all the fresh water used on the island. No rainwater is used at all. All plumbing is to American standards ensuring. Electricity- Three generators that produce all the electricity you could possibly need. Plenty of back up capacity ensures that even if one or two of the generators are down, you will still have power at all times. Telecommunications- There are no telephones in the accommodations. Some US cell phones
may work on Sampson Cay, but many providers to not cover this area.
