This charming house has all the comforts
of home. It was one of the original structures on the island,
and has been completely renovated, saving the old stonework
on the outside and the original pine flooring. The upstairs
features a well equipped, open kitchen with a bar counter,
a dining table for six, and a comfortable and inviting sitting
area opening out onto the walk around balcony. From everywhere,
the Hill Top House offers magnificent ocean and island views.
Outside is a charming and very private patio with blooming
Bougainvillea and Adirondack chairs. Walk down the lovely
path where your private dock with swimming ladder awaits.
And you can take a dip in the ocean in total solitude.
